many beautiful spots to explore
along the San Francisco coast -
here are my favorites.

Caption: With high cliffs hugging the coastline, Pomponio Beach provides stunning views of the Pacific Ocean. In addition to Pomponio, there are numerous beach coves nearby to explore.

Caption: Ocean beach is just south west of Golden Gate park. The beach front extends for miles and there plenty of places to explore nearby - Sutro Bath Ruins, Lands End and Golden Gate park are all within walking distance.

Caption: Quite possibly my favorite -
Tennessee Valley sits north of the Golden Gate bridge in Marin County. A one mile hike leads to this black sand beach surrounded by high cliffs covered in green.

Caption: Bean Hollow beach is a perfect beach for families with small children. The cove has small waves and tidal pools for the littles to explore.
