18.8.2014
Caption: Since May, Bright Eyes founder Conor Oberst is touring his latest solo album, Upside Down Mountain (produced by Jonathan Wilson), with L.A. band Dawes both as support act and backing band.
The outcome is a rocking version of the songwriter's repertoire, lacking maybe some of the vocal harmonies brought in the last record by First Aid Kit, but adding rollicking energy to the mix.
These are a few pictures from one of the latest gigs in the tour.

Where kindness is a card game or a bent-up cigarette, in the trenches, in the hard rain, with a bullet and a bet"
