110g gluten free flour with xanthan gum
1 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
90 ml agave nectar
60 ml coconut oil
60 ml apple sauce
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
60 ml warm water
5 ml lemon juice
GLAZE
120 ml coconut cream
50 ml agave nectar
juice from half an orange
1 tbsp powdered sugar

Caption: GLAZE Combine coconut cream, agave nectar and orange juice. Mix well.
