1 & 1/4 cup gluten free flour
1/2 cup coconut blossom sugar
3 tablespoons raw cocoa powder
1 & 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 flax seed "egg" (1 tbsp ground flax & 2.5 tbsp water)
GANACHE GLAZE
80g dark chocolate
60ml coconut cream
30 ml agave nectar

Caption: Lightly grease a mini donut pan
Preheat oven to 160 degrees Celsius

Combine coconut milk, coconut oil, vanilla and flax mixture and stir thoroughly
