Caption: Chef Rubio is a chef who was born in Rome in 1983. His real name is Gabriele Rubini. He played rugby for many years and in 2011 he retired, and he became a TV personality with the name of Chef Rubio thanks to the program "unti e bisunti",that started in 2013 on an Italian tv channel. He became famous because his dishes are really unrefined; in his program he challenges the chef of a restaurant to cook traditional local dishes.
