Caption: Built in 1716, this magnificent 300 year old mansion has been fully restored to its former glory of when it was used as the private house of the Flower Family, later to be known as Viscounts Ashbrook. The estate borders the charming village of Durrow.

Caption: The original grand staircase leads to this magnificent stained glass window, probably to celebrate a marriage circa 1860. Centered in the lower quarter are the initials WF and AM (William Flower and Augusta Marton). The Flower family motto lies beneath it.

Caption: The property has rooms of various shapes and sizes. Each one has a different theme and is very spacious. Bathrooms are beautifully decorated as well. My room overlooked this hidden garden.
