Caption: Some fear this city others learn to enjoy it, However; the idea is to explore it with no fear, but of course like in any other places in the world been careful is always a good thinking. Today I decided to discover a little more, so I took the cable car because I wanted to see how Parque Central Looks like from far up in the mountain.
