Caption: Unfortunately we didn't have a bath at the Gellért Spa. It is connected to the hotel directly. It has indoor and outdoor swimmingpools. Budapest is famous and known for its thermal baths. It is used for healing different diseases. Or just to relax and treating yourself. Hopefully next time!

Caption: Szimpla Kert (Simple Garden). I really can say i never saw some kind of a pub before. It must be a cult place in Budapest. The atmosphere will charm you. It is a ruin pub. Café. Night spot. The interior design? Cool, weird, broken. Nothing matches but somehow it does match though. Come go and visit!

Caption: I'm not saying this is the best steller story for having a look for all the famous attractions Budapest has to offer. But for catlovers visiting the cat cafe of Budapest simply is a must. Went to see other cat cafés in Cologne and Amsterdam before, but this one was the biggest, it has two floors. Having a little break from exploring Budapest the whole day, to have tea and pie and stroking some real cute cats - couldn't be more happier.

Caption: Mazel Tov Located in the Jewish Quarter of District VII, the long-abandoned brick building at Akácfa Street 47 still appears deserted from the outside, but after stepping inside we discover that the team behind Mazel Tov is working hard to create a new kind of ruin pub. A gigantic skylight secured with freshly hewn wooden beams shines bright rays across the central courtyard, and the tree-shaded seating area in back is lined with lush flower gardens, presenting a lively yet relaxing atmosphere in tune with the genial perspective of the founders.
