Caption: For five days in December the country of Bahrain hosted over 70 of the top triathletes in the world for the inaugural Challenge Bahrain Triathlon. This is a glimpse into our experience. (This was on the bike course- flat/windy!)

Caption: Before the race Bec and I along with Tim O'Donnell, Meredith Kessler, And Tim Don toured the HMS Shoreham mine sweeper. The U.S. And UK sailors keep fit on their bikes with a watt bike and competed in the race.
