It's a place full of stories, including those related to the labor of the workers who have succeeded in almost twenty years to build a tunnel, which now serves as the main passage between Italy and France.

Caption: The "pasta alla chitarra" is typical of many Italian regions, especially in the centre-south, and it's a very old tradition. The preparation of this type of pasta consists in cutting the dough in strips, passing it with a rolling pin on a wire frame (called "chitarra", which means guitar) and then let them fall freely in a box.
