Caption: Ascoli Piceno is one of the most important cities of my region, Le Marche, and it's also the capital of the province of the same name. Located in the southest end of the region, it was founded by an Italic population, named Piceni, several centuries before Rome. During the Middle Ages, it was home to more than 200 towers: today, only about fifty of them can still be seen.
The following are instants and memories from a recent Instameet.
