Caption: The first weekend of every month is the famous antique market in the Tuscan town of Arezzo. Since 1968, antique dealers from all over the boot gather here to see their wares on the small streets of this beautiful, elegant town (Piazza San Francesco and Corso Italia). We loved sorting through the various bric-and-brac such as old mirrors, books, jewelry, antique furniture, dolls, maps & much more!
From Florence, it is an easy hour train ride to Arezzo (8:40€ one way). If you come by car, google 'parcheggio scale mobili', here there is free & cheap paid marking. We combined our trip with a visit to the Rapolano thermal springs & dinner in Castelnuovo Berardenga.

16€ entrance on the weekends, on Saturdays, the pools are open until 1am. It's about 40 minutes from Arezzo by car.
