Caption: The daily commute was rugged. Parker’s front wheel decided to turn a sharp 90 degrees mid ride. Luckily for us, the folks who inhabit this land are jacks of all trades and we could carry on after a mechanic gave it a quick diagnosis and fix.

Caption: In June 1993, a surfer named Bob Kemp traveled solo from Kodiak Island down the Aleutian chain. He was dropped off in a remote bay for the summer where he found shelter in a hunting cabin and was likely the first to ever surf here.
