Caption: Room with a view The first morning we didn't even leave our rooms, I mean why would you? We set up our camera equipment on the balcony and watched the sunrise over the borders of the golden triangle Thailand, Myanmar and Laos.

Caption: After a sleepy start to the day we headed down to breakfast π I'm not sure if I've mentioned before how much I loooooooove breakfast in Thailand.
Any trip to Thailand should start with a good breakfast of Thai omelette with fish sauce and chilli, Thai sausages, noodles, crispy bacon and what ever else you can fit on the table π ooooooooh and dragonfruit juice.

Caption: After a good breakfast we headed to Anantara's famous elephant camp. The Golden Triangle Asian Elephant Foundation was started to help take elephants and their mahouts of the streets and give them a better life, I could go on for days about how the foundation works but it's better if you just check it out yourself at www.helpingelephants.org.

Caption: Walking with the Giants is one of the guest activities that you can participate in. Walking through the jungle with these majestic animals is truly something I will never forget.

Being chefs Lauren and I were very competitive when it came to the cooking, I won of course because I'm waaaaaaaay better than herπ
