Caption: Paolo also discovered an ancient grape variety, which had long been lost and forgotten. He stumbled across the last remaining vine by accident, and has spent years helping it grow. He produces specialty wine from this grape variety in traditional terracotta pots.

Caption: We then stopped to have lunch, which was all made by Samuela. It was the first time I had tried the local dish Pappa alla Pomodoro, and I am obsessed! You have to try it if you are ever in Tuscany.
