Picture
Caption: Recently, I learned how to cook Aglio Olio, the traditional Italian pasta dish.
It has always been one of my favorite dishes. And I think I know why. Garlic! I love garlic, lots of it. And garlic is a must-have ingredient in Aglio Olio.
I was surprised at how simple it was to whip up this delish dish.

Cook it with olive oil on low fire until the garlic turned just a golden brown.
That will make sure the oil is infused with the aroma of the garlic.
