Caption: SOUND ON FOR THESE VIDEOS! Last Friday was a blue-skied and stormy day. I wanted to get outside and feel the weather, so I headed for a solo walk along the sea front. The wind was strong, with sand blasting along the beach towards me, although the sea wasn’t as stormy. At one point I passed a woman who was sitting on a log, taking in the view, and she said something that I couldn’t hear over the wind as the sand was swirling around us. So we just smiled at each other, at the wildness of the moment, and at how good it felt to be outside in the sunshine and the wind.
