Caption: The conservancy model uses parcels of Maasai farmland to develop and promote game rich areas for careful safari use.The land is rented, the income generated used for health, education and security of the local villages. Using their natural abilities, young Maasai men are trained and employed to staff the camps. Wilson is a Silver Star guide. His deep knowledge of nature is the bedrock of our guiding, his love of birds is legendary. It was a privilege to learn from him. Thank you Ole Kasaine.
