We spent the afternoon at the Neptune Festival and had the best time! From beachy artwork to amazing food and fun activities for the kids this festival had it all! Here is how we spent our time at the Neptune Festival. 🌊🐚🎨✨ Comment 'NEPTUNE' for our Virginia Beach Neptune Festival Itinerary! * Arts and Craft festival- We loved walking around exploring all of the artwork. Most of the artwork was beach themed and I wanted to take home everything I saw! There was such a variety of artwork like paintings, clay bowls and cups, glass blown items, and handmade clothes. We ended up leaving with a Christmas decoration made out of sea shells! * I am a young collector- My girls got to walk through and see all of the youth artwork. They loved this part because they could see what kids their age had created. They also could purchase any piece of art for only $5. These kids will definitely be future artists one day. * Poseidon’s Playground- This is where the kids could get their energy out. There were so many fun activities for the kids! They could jump on bean bags, play giant chess or checkers, dance party with a DJ, face paint, ballon making, and stations to creat their own artwork! * Touch a truck- There were vehicles from all over the Hampton Roads area that they could learn about and go inside of to explore. Their favorites were the swat team vehicle and the fire truck! We will definitely be back next year and be sure to check out my itinerary for the festival!
