Sin Yolanda starts as a colorful Mexican and Tex-Mex dinner spot. Then in the late evening the microphones and cowboy hats start appearing. People are singing along and it’s a full party vibe. On the weekends this basically turns into a Latin club with over-the-top bottle service and plenty of dancing. Not what I expected in Shenandoah, but it’s something that makes me love this city even more. Got a birthday? Go here where they’ll throw a party just for you: flashing lights, whistles, singing, shots, and even a cupcake that goes more in your face than your mouth!
