One of my most favorite experiences in New Orleans was listening to this talented band led by local legend Gregory “Moon” Veals on vocals and trombone. He sang “What a Wonderful World” and I was in tears. His nephew on saxophone was incredible, too. This is such a cool thing to do in the French Quarter. The drinks were on the pricier end, but worth it. We lucked into a front row seat. Everyone was drinking the espresso martini. So I had to try. It was probably the best one I’ve ever had!
