Philadelphia Weekend Trip š¦ ⨠Located about a 2 hour drive or train ride from NYC is where you'll find the "birthplace of America". I never really took the time to properly explore Philly since it's always been close to home, but there's so much history and fun little things to do. It was a nice break from the city (nyc š) and what I loved most was that most things to do were walking distance from each other. A weekend is enough time to see all the major landmarks. Definitely not enough time to dine out at all the restaurants but that calls for another visit! Save this post for your trip to Philly š : š Liberty Bell: the crack was not intentional, but is iconic and symbolizes freedom in the US š© Federal Donuts: located all around the city. Their banana pancake donut was good, but you really want to go for their Korean fried chicken š Suraya: hands down the best food I've had in the east coast. Their Samke Nayyeh and Kawarma were out of this world šļø Museum of Art Steps: these 72 steps are iconic, and has beautiful views of the city š· Magic Gardens: nonprofit museum showcasing Zagar's artistic influence, and supports work of artists from all around š Chinatown pho: great pho all around. Pho and spring rolls were great at Pho Xe Lua Viet Thai šļø City Hall: center of everything with great places to stay, eat, and view
