Yesterday, our homeschoolers took a field trip to Beacon Farms. We learned so much about the advancement of farming here in the Cayman Islands, from sustainable practices to the use of modern machinery and the dedication it takes to keep local agriculture thriving. Despite the many mosquitoes, the experience was both educational and inspiring. Kudos to all the farmers who work tirelessly to grow and sustain our islands.
