The Brasserie is such a cool spot, but what really blew me away was their special night Chef’s Jam Dinner where five of the island’s top chefs come together. I got to experience a five-course meal that was next level. Plus, their gardens are right there on site. They grow their own veggies and ingredients, which makes everything feel fresh and connected to the island. Definitely a must-try if you want something really special in the Cayman Islands.
