Whenever we are in Amman, Jordan 🇯🇴we visited our friends in Beit Sitti to cook and feast our own Maqluba. Beit Sitti, which translates to "grandmother's home", is a hub in one of the oldest neighborhoods in Amman where Arabic home cooked dishes are preserved and taught to curious visitors. Thank you Maria Hadad, Um Malek, and Um Mohammad for the hospitality ❤️🔥
