PTO friendly tropical vacation idea from the East Coast USA ✈️ It’s almost time to escape the cold in New York and if you haven’t considered visiting Puerto Rico, then it needs to be at the top of your travel wishlist. Save this 3 Day Puerto Rico itinerary for your next weekend adventure: ✈️ AIRPORT: Aeropuerto Internacional Rafael Hernández (BQN) in Aguadilla ⏰ TIME NEEDED: 2.5 - 3 days 🗓 WHEN TO GO: Visit in December - April for the best weather Itinerary: ✈️ Day 1: Fly into Aguadilla Airport (BQN), pick up your rental car, and check into your hotel. We arrived late on Friday and stayed at @courtyardaguadilla, which was right next to the airport. 🌅 Day 2: Wake up early and make your way from Aguadilla to Manatí. Stop at @pastelilloslamboy for Puerto Rican fritters and take a farm tour at Frutos del Guacabo (@guacabo674) - make reservations in advance! When you get to Manatí, check in at @hyattplacemanati and then catch sunset at the famous Mar Chiquita beach. 🏝️ Day 3: Grab breakfast at @kfeina_coffee_shop and then go beach hopping! There are tons of incredible beaches to choose from around this part of the Island, including Cueva de las Golondrinas (follow the path on AllTrails).
