🚂 This is in an actual historic train car (once a glamorous sleeper then a dining car) that has been restored and now they serve a delicious breakfast inside. The food is so good (and fresh not greasy), especially on a chilly morning in the Pacific Northwest. The portions are huge, but most meals have a half size available. You may have to wait a while if you come at the typical breakfast times, but arrive a little before and the wait is short.
