This was the perfect breakfast to kickstart the adventure in Franconia! It is a historic eatery serving customers since 1938 and the building itself dates back to 1830. The parlor prides itself in sourcing local ingredients and their variety of pancakes were unique and absolutely delicious! The queue wasn’t too bad at 8am but definitely picked up when we left.
