Picture Tom Hanks and Dave Chappelle outside this cafe in 1998 peeking in at Meg Ryan and you have one of the iconic scenes of “You’ve Got Mail”! If you’re a fan of ‘90s romcoms then you know this one where Kathleen Kelly is sitting in Cafe Lalo with a “book with a flower in it.” Unfortunately, the cafe has been closed for several years due to a lawsuit. But I love that you can still peek in and imagine the whole scene between Kathleen and Joe playing out.
