One of the most famous attractions in Paraty is the Cachadaço natural swimming pool. The pool is formed by an area of sea protected by large rocks. The depth in most parts does not exceed one meter. Bring your snorkel and enjoy the abundant sea life in the area. For a deeper dive, go beyond the rock barrier. The view is as beautiful as the pool. The Cachadaço natural swimming pool is located at the end of Praia do Cachadaço. To get to the place, you will need to take a 30-minute trail that passes through Praia do Meio and Praia do Cachadaço. Access is not that easy, but it is definitely worth the hike!
