This shop serves katsudon, fried pork cutlets, and was actually started by a former sumo wrestler! If you have the appetite, there are portions 2-3x bigger than the size I got! The pork was really juicy and tender and served on top of rice and egg. It opens at 11 but I recommend lining up around 10, otherwise you’ll be waiting for a long long time.
