Boa Viagem Beach is the main postcard of Recife. It is certainly the most famous, as it is even present in some song lyrics. Boa Viagem has an extensive coastline, measuring more than 7km, with a promenade, cycle path and many food and drink stalls. Unfortunately, you can’t swim here (there are sharks!). So come during sunset and enjoy the beautiful beach and city views.
