Since the opening in 2022, Voar has already become one of the most beloved restaurants in Recife. The steamed açaí bread, an unmissable delicacy, is enhanced with fried shrimp breaded in tapioca, mayonnaise with a touch of jambu, cupuaçu sauce and Brazil nuts. Hitting the hammer on the main dish is not easy. But a clear winner: the white fish grilled in butter with coconut sauce. We’re definitely not surprised Voar is listed on ‘The 100 best restaurants in Brazil according to the EXAME 2023 ranking’ (66).
