Himitsu is an omakase speakeasy. It’s secretive location hidden in the cellar room of a thai restaurant makes it special and unique. The whole experience feels mysterious and intimate while also very elegant and refined. You get to watch the chefs make all the pieces in front of you, and the quality was amazing. highly recommend for sushi lovers who are looking for special nyc omakase experience- 15 course seasonal omakase at $165 per person
