The Narrows is one of the most iconic hikes in the park! It’s sooo much fun! The Bottom-Up Trail is 9 miles and no permit is needed. Be extremely careful and check the weather forecast for flash flood warnings. They can happen in the blink of an eye! The water ranges from ankle deep to chest deep, so be prepared. I recommend you wear neoprene socks and shoes you’re okay with getting wet. Have a blast, it’s one of my favorite hikes! #hiddengems
