Northern lights dancing in the dark in Sun Valley, Idaho. Not a lot of people are aware that the aurora borealis can be seen this far south. Sun Valley, being located within the Central Idaho Dark Sky Reserve, has some of the best night sky viewing in the United States and on some rare occurrences you may even be lucky enough to catch a glimpse of this phenomenon while out viewing the stars.
