I’ve been going to Joseph’s for a Coney Dog, fries and a Coke since I was fresh out of college and working one of my first office jobs. While no one debates that a coney dog is not exactly healthy, I don’t care, the only debate I will laughingly participate in, is do you eat a Michigan coney dog with your hands? Or do you eat it with a knife and fork? Either way, almost 20 years after I first visited: Joseph’s is still making great coneys. That much is certain. #hiddengems
