One of my favorite places to relax on the beach in Los Osos! Located within Montaña de Oro State Park, Hazard Canyon is a short one mile walk down to the ocean, with stunning views of the coast and a great spot for tide pooling. There are two trails to the beach, one starting along the side of Pecho Valley Road, that meanders through a grove of eucalyptus trees. The other trail starts at the designated parking lot, and follows a sandy bluff down to the ocean. There are several side trails to wander along on the dunes overlooking the beach. #hiddengem
