The Bayside Cafe in Morro Bay, CA is a local favorite for lunch and dinner. Located along the Morro Bay Estuary, Bayside offers a wide variety of hearty meals and some of the best homemade desserts around (try the Tres Leches!). Just across the parking lot from the restaurant is the Marina Peninsula Trail that winds along the estuary, offering views out to Morro Rock, and plenty of bird watching opportunities - this estuary attracts more than 200 species of birds and is one of Audubon Society’s top birding spots nationwide.
