Ya see, if you’re third, forth, of fifth generation to a region it’s important to know the cultural roots of your society. And for me, it sometimes stretches beyond just surfing. I love the mexican agriculture side of California’s beach town’s past. Or maybe it’s the art scene of the 60s and 70s. No one is more iconic to California’s beach art scene than Rick Griffin. Icon and a total California Loco!
