The historical sights in Gdańsk are a feast for the eyes. Not only because most buildings are very beautiful and colourful, but also because there is a very interesting story behind most buildings. The city endured a lot during World War II, but was rebuilt identically afterwards. Definitely take the route around the historical town and dive into the history (recommended to do with a tour guide!)
