As you approach Pagosa Springs from Denver, stop at “Wolf Creek Valley Overlook” when descending Wolf Creek Pass. Keep an eye out for mountain goats! Drive safe though, it’s a very steep and windy road! It’s beautiful during all 4 seasons but be extremely cautious if it’s snowy.
