Calabar Beach Tour
Discover the fascinating Ibeno beach, often described as the best beach in West Africa. Nicely seated along the Atlantic Ocean, it is also the longest sand beach on the sub-continent. Located in Eket, Akwa Ibom state, this oil-rich area is about two hours by road from Calabar.
Ibeno beach is clean, with a fresh-smelling breeze, and you can hear the resident seagulls even from a distance. You’ll be guided by a professional guide, and you’ll meet the happy and friendly locals. You’ll engage in beach volleyball, beach soccer, sunbathing, water sporting, and when you’re tired, beautiful trees provide natural shade for your rest. There are also huts if you require more protection from the sun.
There are many fishing boats at Ibeno beach, and you’ll see fishermen from all over, including neighboring countries, going about their business. Will you like to catch a glimpse of their catch; fishes, shrimps, and crabs? Ibeno beach awaits you.
