Join us for a thrilling and relaxing tour all in one day. We depart from Central Christchurch and make our way to the Rakaia Gorge for a thrilling 45 minute jet boat ride with Discovery Jet. Check out the incredible limestone cliffs nestled alongside this glacial-fed braided river and throw a few spins along the way for a bit of fun...why not? After the thrills of jetboating we head to the beautiful Opuke Hot Pools and Spa, this state-of-the-art complex is the perfect spot to completely chill out for 2 hours. We first drive atop the Port Hills for the best views of Christchurch City, the Southern Alps and Lyttelton Harbour. Learn about the local Māori and European history as we drive around the bays of picturesque Lyttelton Harbour. On this section, we will drive through the Rapaki settlement, home to the Rapaki Marae (traditional Māori meeting house). In Christchruch City we will have stops at the quirky and unique Cardboard Cathedral and Christchurch Arts Centre OR Botanic Gardens (your choice). Next we arrive at the locals favourite beach town of Sumner. Here you can have some free time to walk on the beach and enjoy an ice cream.
