Yoga Session in Kos

Though I have been teaching Yoga for the past seven years, it has been a very important part of my life for a long time. My wellness journey started from Classical Pilates training (matwork & props, reformer, chair) and then it continued on my studies on Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Therapeutic Elements and Yoga props (RYT 500).
