My cooking classes are completely à la carte. We choose the menu together to take into account your desires, what you like and possibly your allergies. With more than 20 years of experience, I offer a typical French homemade kitchen (everyday cooking or more sophisticated according to your choice) in a kitchen that could be yours. I only buy fresh seasonal produce (depending on the season) that I pick up at the local Point of Sale held every Thursday morning in the Town Hall Square near my home. Even flour, I buy 10km from home at the mills of Sologne which makes flours of exceptional quality from varieties of old wheat, with a lower gluten content. In April/May/June, I pick up the asparagus and strawberries directly from the grower in the nearby village. Welcome home!
