Jenny Lake
Jenny lake welcomes visitors of all fitness levels. It has easy access with a large parking lot right on the lake's shore. It has a paved trail that goes around the lake for tourists. Cycling around it would be a fun way to discover the area! For more experienced hikers, it is the start of many hikes.

For photographers enthousiats : in 1942 Ansel Adams stood in this exact spot to take his iconic photo of the Snake River and its meandering curves with the Tetons in the background. Not only did he capture the beauty of this area, he did it with black and white film!

Delta Lake
I was recommend by many friends to make the hike up there, but know that the folks at the visitor center recommend against doing it. I started at 2pm, and came back down at 6.30pm and spotted many marmots and a bear! The hike up follows a regular track that ascends above Taggart and Bradley lakes, until it splits off and is unmarked. After the split off the hike is a bit more challenging with snow and boulder hopping. When I made it to the top (June 3rd), the lake was still partly covered in ice and snow. Still a pretty view with Grand Teton as a backdrop!

A long and steep hike that starts from the edge of Jenny lake to the top of Cascade Canyon. Along the way you'll see inspiration point, a stunning view overlooking Jenny Lake, as well as hidden falls, don't miss on these two!

If you're in Jackson you can access this lake without even entering the Park (that way you can save on entry cost if you're cheap or avoid the lines if they're long!) It has a cliff jumping spot on the right side of the lake!!

Million Dollar Cowboy Bar
This is pure Jackson Hole experience— picture saddles for barstools, live country music every night, beers resting on the side of the pool tables and a crowd that’s always ready to dance. It’s kitschy in the best way, and honestly, you can’t say you’ve done Jackson Hole until you’ve had a drink there.

I entered the park through the south entrance and did the loop clockwise, so this is one of the first sights i've seen in Yellowstone. The visitor center next to the Gyser gives you a pretty accurate schedule on when the next eruption will be, stick around for the show!

Grand Prismatic Spring
This looks like something from another planet—a massive hot spring with colors so bright they almost don’t seem real, shifting from deep blue in the center to fiery orange and red at the edges. The boardwalk gets you up close, but the real “wow” moment is hiking up to the overlook where you can see the whole rainbow spread out below.

A beautiful hike that takes you deeper into Yellowstone and away from the crowds. The park can be quite touristy in high season, this is a place where i felt i experienced the truly "wild" part of Yellowstone, with many wildlife spotted.

Sheridan Avenue
Cody’s main street feels straight out of the Old West, with wooden storefronts, neon cowboy signs, and plenty of spots selling boots, hats, and Wyoming-sized steaks. Strolling through, you’ll catch that mix of small-town charm and Wild West flair that makes it clear why Buffalo Bill set up shop here.

A hidden gem with impossibly turquoise waters that look almost unreal against the rugged cliffs surrounding it. The hike in is a bit of a workout, but once you arrive, the dramatic scenery and peaceful vibes make every step totally worth it.

Iceberg Lake
This alpine paradise was my personal favorite because of what i was able to experience when I was there. I made the hike on June 17th and the ice was not yet fully melted. I watched it detach from the cliffs and fall into the lake creating a deafening sound and wave on the lake's shore. Watching floating ice chunks drifting in the crystal-clear water was too appeling, so i went in for a cold swim to an iceberg and dived off of it. A memory for a lifetime and a hike for which the effort to get there pays off big time!
