When visiting Stockholm, don’t forget to see the archipelago. Easily accessible both by boat and often busses too. There are as many island to explore as there are days in the year.

The closest and most convenient island to get to on a daily basis. It’s a spot you can just go to for dinner, or a nice brunch on the weekends.
The place for seafood. Here you must try the smoked shrimp.

While here don’t miss to explore Vaxholm fortress, important part of Swedish history.

Great local food served on the dock.
Amazing spa hotel with a great temporary restaurant. Make sure to book the spa as well for amazing views from the sauna and pool. Spend the day by renting a paddle board or a bike.
While out on the archipelago, you must just wander around and take in the tranquility.
Highly recommend taking the ferry to Hasseludden. If you’re the first to arrive to the dock, don’t forget to pull the semaphore sign.
