Stříbrná Skalice
🎮 Henry’s home town, razed in the spring of
1403 by Sigismund’s hordes. The castle burgrave, Radzig Kobyla, retreated to Rattay.
👀 Skalitz castle is there no longer, but its place on the steep hill is taken by a church, consecrated to St John of Nepomuk.

🎮 The Church of St James met the same ghastly
fate as Skalitz.
👀 Today the church, dedicated to the patron saint
of miners, remains one of the most valued Romanesque buildings in the Czech Republic.

its rebuilding is destined to remain unfinished.
👀 The torso of the southern aisle, built of Nušice–mined red sandstone, remains the only witness to the Gothic church rebuilding plans.

🎮 This parish church in Sasau is visited only once by
Henry, but under very dramatic circumstances.
👀 The originally Gothic church was rebuilt in the Baroque style in the 18th century, and its entrance moved to the opposite side. The windows and the tower remain true to its original form.

🎮 The castle of the Lords of Talmberg, in 1403
the seat of Lord Divish of Talmberg, who provides a haven for Henry.
👀 These days, only a ruin remains. The best preserved is the stub of the circular main tower, which in its time loomed above and protected the eastern gate.

🎮 This parish church for the village of Uzhitz
and the surroundings is under reconstruction. This is where Henry meets a very unconventional priest.
👀 It remains one of the most valuable memorials to medieval sacral architecture. The original Romanesque church was gutted by fire in the Hussite period and restored only
in the 17th century.

👀 The lower Rattay castle was rebuilt as
a parsonage in the 17th century, and has remained largely unchanged. Its 32 metre (105–foot) round tower is a Rattay landmark.

🎮 Henry visits the seat of Lord Hanush of Leipa
on several occasions. It is his home base for the various quests and missions to thwart all enemies who vex the region.
👀 The upper castle was rebuilt in the 17th century as a baroque château, currently under reconstruction. The castle houses a Museum of the central Posázaví region.
