Adventure City is the sweetest little theme park, a perfect low-key alternative to Disneyland. There were no lines, and the kids loved the petting zoo. A few bigger rides for older kids, but most rides are designed for littles. Have your kids watch the Blippi episode filmed here before you go!

Mama Cozza's
Mama Cozza’s is a cozy little eatery, and they were so kind to our children. The pizza and pasta were some of the best we’ve ever had. We loved looking at all the photos of famous patrons on the wall. We ended up hanging here for a few hours as the kids were happy and eating. It’s also very affordable, especially at lunch for a family.
